No 46 is a large, roomy cottage, which sleeps up to 6 people.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a seperate dining room and a sitting room. There is also a twin bedded room and a downstairs loo both of which can be a help for those visitors who find climbing stairs a difficulty.

Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, one is a twin and the other (although it has twin beds) is set up as a double bedroom.

The bathroom is very large and has a separate bath and shower.

Children are always welcome at Town Farm and this cottage has an adjacent, fenced in garden with swings and slides.

A large utility room and the garden also make this cottage perfect for visitors who wish to bring dogs.

Guests are asked not to smoke inside the cottage.
